Our products are designed for use with Tesla and other brand vehicles, but they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. or any other brand in any way. Associated logos are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. or the respective companies. Our products are independently designed and manufactured by Skycraft LTD - Teraglide t/m, and any references to Tesla or other brands are solely for compatibility purposes.

We design and build our products in New Zealand to fit your vehicle safely and efficiently. While we’re happy to ship worldwide, it’s important to know that local rules, vehicle standards, or safety laws may differ from country to country.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You’re responsible for checking if our products meet the rules in your own country
  • We’re not liable for issues that may come up due to different local regulations
  • All legal matters are handled under New Zealand law

2. Product Design and Manufacturing

At Skycraft Limited, we take pride in designing and manufacturing plywood products while sourcing other products from trusted suppliers. All our offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

The redesign fee is non-refundable after completing the scan/measurements. We do not share our designs for outsourced cutting.

2.1 Material Variability

Due to the organic nature of plywood, variations in colour, grain, and texture may occur. While we endeavour to accurately represent our products' colors and textures in our imagery, discrepancies may occur due to diverse display technologies and settings on different devices. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly mirror the actual colour of our products.

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All designs of our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Georgy Pankov. These designs are a testament to our innovation and creativity in serving our customers' needs and are protected under intellectual property laws to ensure their uniqueness remains respected and preserved. Unauthorised use or reproduction of any content, design, or materials from our website is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Design Adjustments
We continuously improve our products based on customer feedback and internal development. For this reason, product dimensions, layout, or design details may change without prior notice. These updates are intended to enhance usability or compatibility and do not affect the core function or purpose of the product.

2.4 Product Use & Safety Instructions

Our products are designed for comfort, mobility, and ease of use — but like any physical equipment, they must be used responsibly.

By purchasing and using our platform or accessories, you agree to follow all safety guidance outlined in our Product Use & Safety page

This includes proper installation, securing the unit before driving, observing weight limits, and using all components with care. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury, damage to your vehicle, or voiding your warranty.

3. Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping from New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Due to our location in New Zealand, shipping times may be longer than domestic orders in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other shipping disruptions.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If the product is not in stock, manufacturing is estimated to take 15-20 working days.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency, based on NZD value, and may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate. The exchange rate will depend on your bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skycraft Limited (Teraglide.com) shall not be liable for any damage to your car, belongings, or persons resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Due to material and design variations between vehicle models, we recommend testing the product with care during initial use. We are not liable for any damage to interior surfaces. We recommend using seat cover protection.
