We offer free shipping on our camping platforms to New Zealand, Australia, the USA, Canada, Japan, and Europe.
All platforms are made and shipped from New Zealand. We ship worldwide — delivery time and cost may vary depending on where you live. Since we're based in NZ, it might take a bit longer than your usual domestic delivery.
Most products are made to order, and manufacturing usually takes 20–25 working days. If you booked through the calendar, please read the conditions below.
Most deliveries to major cities arrive in 3–6 working days. Rural areas might take a few extra days.

When your order arrives in your country, DHL (or the freight company) will send you a quick invoice — you just pay it online, and they release the parcel.
Just check your email or phone for a message from the carrier when it’s on the way.
Calendar Reservations
Scope: Rules for reserving a delivery date and the payment schedule.
1. Reservation & Payments
- Deposit – locks your chosen delivery date/window.
- 7-day cooling-off – full refund of your deposit if you cancel within 7 days of making the reservation.
- After day 7 the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the next scheduled payment is not received by D+14, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.
- Final payment is due 10 days before delivery (D0–10). Shipment will not be released until the order is fully paid.
D = reservation date. All deadlines are calendar days, timezone Pacific/Auckland.
2. Changing Your Delivery Date
- One free date change up to 14 days before delivery.
3. Delivery Timing & Disclaimer
- We do everything possible to deliver on the selected date.
- We operate from New Zealand; distances, weather, and carrier delays can affect timing. Please allow ±5 days tolerance around your selected date. If you are in a rural area, please allow extra days.
4. If We Are Late
More than 5 days late from the selected date:
- We refund 100% of any paid speed premium.
- Plus NZ$100 store credit.
“Delivery date” means the first delivery attempt at the address provided. No deliveries on weekends or Public Holidays.

“Free shipping” means that shipping is included in the product price. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.
