Shipping is included; VAT must be paid. We are currently seeking manufacturing partners and distributors in the US and EU—please don't hesitate to contact us!
We manufacture and ship from New Zealand.
The manufacturing time for a standard order is around 2 weeks, and for custom-made orders 3-4 weeks.
Transit time from 4 to 10 working days.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged package and the product.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period), you will receive a refund for the product excluding the original shipping cost.
