Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all camping platforms to New Zealand, Australia, the USA, Canada, Japan, and Europe. Every platform is made and shipped from New Zealand, so delivery can take a little longer than a local order — but we make it easy to plan for.

Every platform now comes with a handy delivery calendar. Just choose the date that suits you — a free weekend, the start of your road trip, or the day you're back home — and we'll line everything up to arrive then.

🇺🇸 USA No extra charges Import tariff included in product price. Customs may contact you for confirmation. Cost can be claimed if business-imported. Add to expense report.
🇪🇺 European Union No extra charges VAT & duty included in price. Nothing to pay on delivery. VAT invoice on request — email us with your VAT number.
🇨🇦 Canada GST/HST billed separately on arrival No customs duty (CPTPP agreement). Taxes billed at delivery or online. GST/HST can be claimed back with a business receipt.
🇯🇵 Japan Consumption tax (10%) + 1–3% handling fee You'll receive a payment request before delivery. Tax can be claimed by registered businesses. Check with your accountant.

 

For New Zealand, Australia, the USA and the EU, everything is included in your price — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For Canada and Japan, the carrier (DHL or freight company) will send a quick invoice to pay online before release — just keep an eye on your email or phone when it's on the way.


📅 Calendar Reservations

We do everything we can to deliver on your selected date. Since we ship from New Zealand, distance, weather, and carrier delays can shift things slightly — please allow ±5 days around your date (and a few extra for rural areas).

If we're late

If we're more than 5 days late from your selected date, we'll refund 100% of any paid speed premium plus give you NZ$100 store credit.

"Delivery date" means the first delivery attempt at the address provided. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

"Free shipping" means shipping is included in the product price. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.
