We manufacture and ship from New Zealand, shipping is included in the product cost.

We are currently seeking manufacturing partners and distributors in the EU—please don't hesitate to contact us!

The manufacturing time for a standard order is around 3-4 weeks, and for custom-made orders 5 weeks. Transit time is from 4 to 10 working days.

If your package arrives damaged,  please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged package and the product.

🇪🇺 How VAT works for EU customers

We ship all orders to Europe with DHL Express. Here's how VAT is handled:

  1. We ship your order from New Zealand using DHL.

  2. Once your parcel arrives in your country, DHL will contact you by email or SMS with a VAT invoice.

  3. You simply pay the VAT (based on your country’s standard rate – usually 19–25%) online.

  4. DHL will release the parcel right after payment. It’s quick and easy!

💡 Business customers

If you're ordering for a registered business, you can claim this VAT back as part of your regular tax return.
Just make sure your billing info includes your VAT number.

🤝 Good news: No customs duty

Thanks to the EU–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement,
there are no customs fees or import duties on goods made in New Zealand.

Your invoice will clearly state that the goods are made in NZ, so you’ll only pay the local VAT.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period), you will receive a refund for the product, excluding the original shipping cost.

We customise our platform beds to fit most SUVs, EVs and hatchbacks. Please read the following steps carefully.

How it works:

  1. Tell us your car model and year.
  2. Discuss the details with us: options, shipping, total cost, and timeframes.
  3. To reserve your design, make a payment on this page. Alternatively, you can pay the first 15% for adjusting the design using the code: Designfirst
  4. Design and fitting: We find a similar car, perform a 3D scan, and ensure a perfect fit and maximum efficiency. This process usually takes 2-3 weeks. Then, with your approval, we will finalise the design.
  5. Complete your payment: If you used the code, pay the remaining balance.
  6. Manufacturing and shipping: We manufacture your custom platform bed and ship it to you. Usually, it takes 3-5 weeks.
  7. Enjoy your camping!
