We manufacture and ship from New Zealand.
The manufacturing time for a standard order is around 2 weeks and for custom-made orders 3-4 weeks.
Transit time from 7 to 14 working days.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged package and the product.

For orders shipped to the European Union (EU), please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period), you will receive a refund for the product excluding the original shipping cost.
