Shiping to the US

Shipping is included in the price.

We manufacture in New Zealand, processing time for a standard order is around 2 weeks, and for custom-made 3-4 weeks. 

Transit time is from 4 to 10 working days.

We're actively looking for manufacturing partners and distributors in the US — feel free to reach out! 

New U.S. customs rules impose a 10% import duty on all shipments. This fee isn’t included in our prices and must be paid by you when your package arrives. If you have any questions about how customs work or what to expect at delivery, feel free to get in touch!

If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us promptly with photos.
